What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, less your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is non-refundable. We do always try to rebook the pitch or pod, and if we’re able to do that we’ll refund what we can, but we can’t guarantee this.
The same applies if you decide to leave early or cut your holiday short once you’ve arrived, including for bad weather, we’re not able to give refunds in either case.
Many guests also find UK holiday insurance worth having, since it can cover cancellations or cut-short stays that we’re not able to refund ourselves.
