Glamping Pod FAQ’s

What about site safety?

For your safety, please remember:

  • Our campsite borders a working farm.
  • A public footpath runs alongside the farmyard, so please stay on the path.
  • Tractors have the right of way and may have limited visibility.
  • Avoid climbing on hay or straw bales.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your camping pitch or glamping pod will be available for check-in from 2 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on your departure day.

Do the pods have electricity?

Yes! We have mains electricity installed since 2017, providing lighting, heating, and charging points in the pods. However, we’ve maintained our natural ambience, so you can enjoy stargazing without light pollution. Just remember to bring a torch to navigate the campsite at night.

I want to book a Classic Glamping Pods, can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We welcome furry friends for an additional £5 per stay. Please be sure to review our doggy rules before your visit.

Please note that Dogs are not permitted in the Deluxe En-Suite Pods to ensure a comfortable and pet-free environment for all guests.

Can I book for a group?

Yes! Our campsite is perfect for group getaways and family reunions. We offer group booking options and details on reserving multiple units or the entire site. Check our booking page for more information, or contact Carolyn to discuss your needs..

How many glamping pods do you have?

We have two en suite glamping pods.  These are next to one another around the wildlife pond.

We have three classic glamping pods.  Two are around the wildlife pond and the third is in the woodland with the woodland camping pitches.

What is the latest arrival time?

You can arrive any time after 2pm.  We don’t put a “latest time” restriction.  We just ask that if you are arriving late then you are mindful of other guests.  Also depending on the time of year the site might be rather dark.  Keep a torch handy!.

Can I park my car next to my glamping pod?

No.  The classic and en suite glamping pods are about 80 metres away from the carpark.  We have a fleet of wheelbarrows to help you move your kit.

Can I walk to the pub?

Yes. It’s a lovely countryside walk to Red Lion at Revesby.  This walk took us just less than an hour to talk the 4.5km/2.8 miles.  We didn’t dawdle, neither did we power walk!  80% of the walk was on tarmac or hard track.  The grassy part of the walk was easily travelled despite the crazy amount of rain we’d recently had.  I walked the route in just my trainers.  By following this route you an avoid the fast moving B1183/Boston Road with no pavements.  At the very end of the route, cross the A155 as there is a pavement on the other side of the road.
