Nestled amidst the idyllic countryside of Lincolnshire, New Farm Holidays offers a dedicated Caravan & Motorhome Club Certificated Location (CL) site, perfect for your next adventure.

Our CL site offers spacious, level pitches, all with electric hook-ups and excellent TV reception to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Whether you’re a seasoned caravanner or just starting out, our CL site provides the ideal base for exploring Lincolnshire’s beauty. Relax and unwind in our peaceful setting, or discover charming villages, historical landmarks, and scenic hiking trails. Within easy reach of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our CL site offers the perfect blend of peace and adventure.

John and Jane Edwards have been caravanning with the Caravan & Motorhome Club for over 40 years and we’ve used the best of their experiences to put together a site that will guarantee you have the best and most comfortable stay possible.

Yes, you need to be a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club in order to stay at the CL.

Certified Locations (CL) are open solely to Caravan and Motorhome Club members operated by private owners and are restricted to 5 pitches. John and Jane have been members of CAMC for over 40 years! CL sites can be an affordable and unique alternative to larger commercial sites, often providing a more secluded and “back to nature” caravanning experience.

Arrival is from 2pm onwards. We’re usually happy to be flexible outside of our busiest times (Bank Holidays and August), so if you’d like to arrive earlier, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The CL is limited to 5 pitches. We have a 2.5 acre field so you’ll have plenty of space.

Are there any restaurants or pubs nearby?

You won’t have to go far to enjoy a delicious meal! There’s an Indian takeaway right next to the shop, offering delivery to your caravan. Alternatively, two pubs within walking distance serve food and boast award-winning local beers.

Yes. Our CL pitches are fully serviced in that they have electric hook up, fresh water tap and grey water disposal.

Craving a delicious meal after a day of exploring? No need to cook! Next door to the shop, an Indian takeaway delivers mouthwatering curries straight to your caravan, perfect for a relaxed evening in. Open 4pm to 10pm seven days a week.

Alternatively, enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Brick Layers Arms within easy walking distance. It boasts award-winning local beers from Batemans Brewery, just 5 miles away.

The Angel pub welcomes furry companions and offers a tempting Steak Night on Wednesdays, with two meals for just £10! Be sure to book in advance for their popular Sunday Carvery, and prepare for a warm welcome from the friendly owners, Eddie and Sue.

The set up in the woodlands was beautiful and nicely spaced with a fire pit and a picnic table. Toilets were decent sized and washing facilities. Large fridge and freezer which was great especially in this heat! Sat watching the RAF planes fly over our heads which is not too far also from the site. Was very clean and one of the best sites we have stayed at. We will definitely be returning!

Resident cows just over the fence, a few persistent flies, to be expected given location - not a complaint, purely for info. Ordered some logs from the honesty shop, which was very straightforward. Welcomed on site by the lovely hosts. Clean toilets and clean, hot shower. Didn’t need to use the fridge/freezer but good to have if you need. Very peaceful and so much nature on hand to explore. The facilities on offer were perfect and the owner who stopped by to clean was so lovely. The site would also be perfect for couples and families, the pitch was huge and there's plenty of space to relax. Thank you so much, I can't wait to come back!

Plenty of bins for rubbish. Fire pit outside pod. So quiet. Beautiful surroundings and nice walks. Eyed up the camping area. Looks great. I can imagine camping with my family. Children will love the wooded area. WiFi good. Saw rabbits, squirrels and deer. Lots of birds. If you want a quiet relaxing break then I would recommend this place. Lovely host. Perfect

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely loved this place the pod we had was a good size for the two of us and our 2 fur babies. They were fairly soundproof as well can’t say I heard any noise at night. The equipment supplied was good and makes a change to actually have good sharp knives supplied. The WiFi was a bonus and excellent. Absolutely loved the firepit although couldn’t cook over it as our grill thing was bent but that didn’t bother us much we were just happy toasting marshmallows. The setting is within a wooded area with a pond in front of our pod, the wood was brilliant to walk the dogs in. There is a brilliant woodland music garden in the woods which even as adults we had great fun playing with and felt compelled to play every time we walked past. The only negative was our little fridge a behind our pod wasn’t cold when we arrived and being a hot day we were concerned about our fresh food however there is a communal fridge (and freezer if needed) which we used until our little fridge had cooled there is little signs you can put your name on and put with your stuff so no worries about leaving anything in there. All in all we had a great peaceful time and would love to go back one day.
