Family-Friendly Glamping in Lincolnshire Just Got More Magical – Meet Ostler’s Orchestra

If you’re looking for family glamping in Lincolnshire with something genuinely different, you’ve just found it.  Because what makes a site special isn’t always the big stuff.  It’s the little discoveries.  The fire pit that turned into a two-hour family conversation.  The moment your kids found something and absolutely refused to leave.

We’ve just added one of those moments at New Farm Holidays.

Meet Ostler’s Orchestra.  A woodland music garden, tucked amongst the trees at Ostler’s Wood, filled with a collection of beautiful outdoor instruments that are free for every single guest to play, any time (just not in the dead of night!) throughout their stay.

There’s a Sunflower Petal Drum that looks like something from a dream and sounds even better.  Two sets of outdoor chimes; the Harmony Bells and Liberty Bells – ring out through the trees and catch the air beautifully.  Every instrument is designed to be played by anyone; tiny hands and big hands, with absolutely no musical experience required.

Glamping in Lincolnshire with a Story Behind It

The name wasn’t a random choice.  The Edwards family has farmed this land for generations.  After the Second World War, our family joined Robert Ostler & Sons, the Boston corn merchants, and that connection to the Ostler name became part of our family story.  When we started thinking about what to call this new corner of the site, it felt right to root it in that history.  A little nod to the people and the stories that shaped everything you see here.

That’s the thing about family-run glamping and camping in Lincolnshire.  The names on the signs actually mean something.

What to Expect at Our Lincolnshire Glamping Site

We can already imagine it – kids who weren’t sure where to start, ending up being dragged away by their parents half an hour later.  Dads who came to watch, ending up giving a full performance.  Dogs sitting at a respectful distance, looking thoroughly unimpressed.

Whether you’re staying in one of our woodland camping pitches, settling into a glamping pod by the pond, or just wandering through the site on a sunny afternoon, Ostler’s Orchestra is there for you.  No booking, no charge, no rules beyond the obvious ones – remember, no late night concerts!

Ostler’s Orchestra is just one of the reasons families choose New Farm Holidays for glamping and camping in Lincolnshire.  From our wildlife pond to thirty acres of woodland, there’s plenty to keep curious minds busy throughout your stay.
